Flooring Scope of Work Template
Every flooring job has the same buried risk: the subfloor. A scope that says 'install new flooring' without addressing subfloor condition, levelling and transitions has already lost the argument that follows.
Where flooring scopes usually fail
- Subfloor repair not excluded unless explicitly agreed.
- Levelling compound treated as included when the slab is out of tolerance.
- Transitions, thresholds and baseboard removal left unnamed.
